Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. L. 89–358, § 2, Mar. 3, 1966, 80 Stat. 15; and amended Pub. L. 94–502, title II, § 211(4), Oct. 15, 1976, 90 Stat. 2388; Pub. L. 95–202, title III, § 302(a), Nov. 23, 1977, 91 Stat. 1440; Pub. L. 99–576, title III, § 312, Oct. 28, 1986, 100 Stat. 3273; Pub.
