Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 42 U.S.C. § 10152 - Available capacity for interim storage of spent nuclear fuel
Text
The Secretary, the Commission, and other authorized Federal officials shall each take such actions as such official considers necessary to encourage and expedite the effective use of available storage, and necessary additional storage, at the site of each civilian nuclear power reactor consistent with—
(1) the protection of the public health and safety, and the environment;
(2) economic considerations;
(3) continued operation of such reactor;
(4) any applicable provisions of law; and
(5) the views of the population surrounding such reactor.
