verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make
legal-us-code default now covers every title.

42 U.S.C. § 11435 - Authorization of appropriations

Text

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part $85,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2020.

Amendments2015—Pub. L. 11495, § 9106, amended section generally. Prior to amendment, text read as follows: “For the purpose of carrying out this part, there are authorized to be appropriated $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and such sums as may be necessary for each subsequent fiscal year.” 2008—Pub. L. 110289 substituted “$100,000,000 for fiscal year 2009 and such sums as may be necessary for each subsequent fiscal year” for “$70,000,000 for fiscal year 2002 and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2003 through 2007”.
