Ingested titles 12–51 and 54 from OLRC USLM XML @119-100 (the whole Code now, uniform edition; Title 53 is reserved/empty). LegalText 11,221 -> 59,740; repo total 105,704 records. Deterministic (byte-identical rerun, verified on Title 42's 8,356 sections); make check green. make legal-us-code default now covers every title. 42 U.S.C. § 274i–4 - Definitions
Text
For purposes of this part:
(1) Organ The term “organ” has the meaning given such term in section 121.2 of title 42, Code of Federal Regulations.
(2) Organ procurement organization The term “organ procurement organization” means a qualified organ procurement organization described in section 273(b)(1) of this title.
(3) Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network The term “Organ Procurementand 11 So in original. Probably should be “Procurement and”. Transplantation Network” means the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network established under section 274 of this title.
