Bill State cash resources. (1) Existing law requires the Controller to notify the Governor and the Pooled Money Investment Board when the General Fund is or will be exhausted. California AB 5 (20092010 Special Session 8) — State cash resources.

(1) Existing law requires the Controller to notify the Governor and the Pooled Money Investment Board when the General Fund is or will be exhausted.
