California AB 2011 (20092010) — Domestic violence probationer: minimum payment.
Existing law provides that if a person is granted probation for a domestic violence crime, the terms of probation shall include a minimum payment by the defendant of $200, 13 of which is to be disbursed to local domestic violence programs and 23 of which is to be disbursed to the state Domestic Violence Restraining Order Reimbursement Fund and the state Domestic Violence Training and Education Fund, as specified.
