Bill Public Resources. (1) Existing law governs weights and measures in this state, and authorizes the Secretary of Food and Agriculture to enforce those provisions, as specified. Existing law requires the secretary to adopt all necessary regulations governing the inspection frequency of all commercially used weights, measures, and weighing and measuring apparatus. California AB 120 (20112012) — Public Resources.

(1) Existing law governs weights and measures in this state, and authorizes the Secretary of Food and Agriculture to enforce those provisions, as specified.
