California AB 1293 (20112012) — Elder abuse: theft or embezzlement: restitution.

Existing law provides criminal penalties for any person who commits a crime involving theft, embezzlement, forgery, fraud, or identify theft, with respect to the property or personal information of the elder or dependent adult, as specified.
