Bill California Transportation Commission. Existing law establishes in state government the California Transportation Commission with specified powers, duties, and functions relative to transportation matters. California AB 1458 (20112012) — California Transportation Commission.

Existing law establishes in state government the California Transportation Commission with specified powers, duties, and functions relative to transportation matters. The Governor's Reorganization Plan No. 2 of 2012 (GRP 2) proposes to establish the Transportation Agency, which would include various departments and state entities, including the commission. GRP 2 is proposed to become operative on July 1, 2013, if not disapproved by the Legislature in accordance with specified procedures.
