Bill Vehicle registration: exemptions. Existing law lists specified implements of husbandry that are exempt from vehicle registration requirements, including, but not limited to, an all-terrain vehicle used in agricultural operations. California AB 2111 (20112012) — Vehicle registration: exemptions.

Existing law lists specified implements of husbandry that are exempt from vehicle registration requirements, including, but not limited to, an all-terrain vehicle used in agricultural operations. Existing law also exempts a trailer or semitrailer owned and used exclusively by a farmer to haul specified items used exclusively for the production or harvesting of agricultural products from vehicle registration requirements.
