Bill	Insurance omnibus.	(1) Existing law provides that the hiring of real property for a term not specified by the parties is deemed to be renewed at the end of the term unless written notice of termination is given. California AB 2303 (20112012) — Insurance omnibus.

(1) Existing law provides that the hiring of real property for a term not specified by the parties is deemed to be renewed at the end of the term unless written notice of termination is given.
