Bill Speech-language pathology and audiology: hearing aid dispensers. Existing law, the Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists Licensure Act, provides for the licensure and regulation of speech-language pathologists and audiologists by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board. Existing law, the Hearing Aid Dispensers Law, also provides for the licensure and regulation of hearing aid dispensers by the board. Existing law establishes the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Fund for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of the Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists Licensure Act and the Hearing Aid Dispensers Law. California SB 933 (20112012) — Speech-language pathology and audiology: hearing aid dispensers.

Existing law, the Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists Licensure Act, provides for the licensure and regulation of speech-language pathologists and audiologists by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board. Existing law, the Hearing Aid Dispensers Law, also provides for the licensure and regulation of hearing aid dispensers by the board. Existing law establishes the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Fund for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of the Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists Licensure Act and the Hearing Aid Dispensers Law.
