Bill Human services. (1) Under existing law, the State Department of Social Services regulates the licensure and operation of various types of facilities, including community care facilities, residential care facilities for the elderly, residential care facilities for persons with chronic, life-threatening illness, child day care centers, and family day care homes. California SB 855 (20132014) — Human services.
