Bill	Education finance.	(1) Existing law establishes the Child Care Facilities Revolving Fund, a continuously appropriated fund, to provide funding for the renovation, repair, or improvement of an existing building to make it suitable for licensure for child care and development services and for the purchase of new relocatable child care facilities for lease to local educational agencies and contracting agencies that provide child care and development services. Existing law requires local educational agencies and contracting agencies using facilities made available by the use of these funds to be charged a leasing fee, as specified, and requires the Superintendent of Public Instruction to deposit any revenue derived from the lease payments into the fund.
