Bill School finance. (1) Assembly Bill 97 of the 2013–14 Regular Session, if enacted, would require state funding for county superintendents of schools and school districts, and charter schools that previously received a general-purpose entitlement, to be calculated pursuant to a local control funding formula, as specified. Assembly Bill 97 of the 2013–14 Regular Session (A) would require the state funding apportioned to school districts and charter schools to be based on a base grant, as specified, (B) would require, among other things, the base grant for grades 9 to 12, inclusive, to be adjusted by an additional 2.6%, as adjusted for inflation, and (C) would require the 2.6% base grant adjustment to be used on pupils enrolled in grades 9 to 12, inclusive, for any purposes or programs that support a school district or charter school in achieving its goals for college and career readiness, as specified. us/states/ca California Legislature 20132014 SB 91 California SB 91 (20132014)

California SB 91 (20132014) — School finance.
