California SB 946 (20132014) — Community facilities: Orange County Sanitation District.

Under the Community Facilities Law of 1911, the governing body of a consolidated sanitation district located in Orange County that has been formed under specified circumstances, now known as the Orange County Sanitation District, includes, among other persons, one member of the city council of each city located wholly or partially within the district's boundaries, as specified.
