Bill	Vehicles: parking violations.	Existing law, until January 1, 2016, authorizes the City and County of San Francisco (San Francisco) to install automated forward-facing parking control devices on city-owned public transit vehicles for the purpose of video imaging parking violations occurring in transit-only traffic lanes. Existing law subjects a violation of a federal or state statute or regulation, or a San Francisco ordinance, governing parking that is observed in the recordings to a civil penalty. California AB 1287 (20152016) — Vehicles: parking violations.

Existing law, until January 1, 2016, authorizes the City and County of San Francisco (San Francisco) to install automated forward-facing parking control devices on city-owned public transit vehicles for the purpose of video imaging parking violations occurring in transit-only traffic lanes. Existing law subjects a violation of a federal or state statute or regulation, or a San Francisco ordinance, governing parking that is observed in the recordings to a civil penalty.
