Bill Public benefits reports. Existing law requires, until January 1, 2020, the Director of Employment Development to permit the use of specified information in his or her possession by the Department of Finance to prepare and submit to the Legislature a report that identifies all employers in California that employ 50 or more employees who receive benefits from the Medi-Cal program. California AB 145 (20152016) — Public benefits reports.

Existing law requires, until January 1, 2020, the Director of Employment Development to permit the use of specified information in his or her possession by the Department of Finance to prepare and submit to the Legislature a report that identifies all employers in California that employ 50 or more employees who receive benefits from the Medi-Cal program.
