Bill Solid waste: garbage and refuse disposal districts: board of directors. Existing law authorizes the formation of garbage and refuse disposal districts under certain conditions, and requires that a board of directors of not less than 3 members be appointed for each district. California AB 1817 (20152016) — Solid waste: garbage and refuse disposal districts: board of directors.

Existing law authorizes the formation of garbage and refuse disposal districts under certain conditions, and requires that a board of directors of not less than 3 members be appointed for each district. Existing law authorizes members of the board of directors to receive not more than $50 per diem for each day of actual attendance at the meetings of the board, up to $100 in a calendar month.
