Bill State Highway Routes 1 and 187. Existing law gives the Department of Transportation full possession and control of all state highways. Existing law describes the authorized routes in the state highway system, including State Highway Routes 1 and 187, and establishes a process for adoption of a highway on an authorized route by the California Transportation Commission. Existing law requires certain conditions to be fulfilled before the construction of any portion of State Highway Route 187. California AB 810 (20152016) — State Highway Routes 1 and 187.

Existing law gives the Department of Transportation full possession and control of all state highways. Existing law describes the authorized routes in the state highway system, including State Highway Routes 1 and 187, and establishes a process for adoption of a highway on an authorized route by the California Transportation Commission. Existing law requires certain conditions to be fulfilled before the construction of any portion of State Highway Route 187. Existing law authorizes the commission to relinquish certain state highway segments to local agencies.
