Bill	Transportation: omnibus bill.	(1) Existing law authorizes certain air districts to impose a vehicle registration fee surcharge to be used for projects and programs to improve air quality. California SB 491 (20152016) — Transportation: omnibus bill.

(1) Existing law authorizes certain air districts to impose a vehicle registration fee surcharge to be used for projects and programs to improve air quality.
