Bill California Tahoe Conservancy. (1) Existing law establishes the governing body of the California Tahoe Conservancy, composed of 7 voting members and one ex officio nonvoting member. (1) Existing law establishes the governing body of the California Tahoe Conservancy, composed of 7 voting members and one ex officio nonvoting member. Existing law requires that the governing body include, among other members, one member appointed by the City Council of the City of South Lake Tahoe, one member appointed by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Placer, and one member appointed by the Board of Supervisors of the County of El Dorado.
