District agricultural associations: authorized activities.
Existing law provides for the establishment of district agricultural associations and authorizes a district agricultural association to engage in various activities, including the lease of its real property to any person or public body for any purpose, subject to specified approvals, as well as the use or management of any of its property jointly or in connection with any lessee or sublessee for any purpose approved by the board of directors of the district agricultural association.
