Bill Certified copies of death records. (1) Existing law authorizes the State Registrar, a local registrar, or a county recorder to furnish a certified copy of a death record to an authorized person and defines the term "authorized person" for these purposes. California AB 2750 (20172018) — Certified copies of death records.

(1) Existing law authorizes the State Registrar, a local registrar, or a county recorder to furnish a certified copy of a death record to an authorized person and defines the term "authorized person" for these purposes.
