Bill State Highway Route 185: relinquishment: County of Alameda. Existing law establishes the State Highway System and designates state highway routes from Route 1 to Route 905, unless otherwise specified by name, and authorizes the California Transportation Commission to relinquish all or a portion of designated state highway routes to specified local agencies if certain conditions are met. California AB 333 (20172018) — State Highway Route 185: relinquishment: County of Alameda.

Existing law establishes the State Highway System and designates state highway routes from Route 1 to Route 905, unless otherwise specified by name, and authorizes the California Transportation Commission to relinquish all or a portion of designated state highway routes to specified local agencies if certain conditions are met. Portions of state highways that have been relinquished are not state highways and become ineligible for future adoption as a part of the State Highway System.
