California AB 564 (20172018) — Food and agriculture: fruits, nuts, and vegetables: inspections.

Existing law provides for the inspection and certification of fruits, nuts, and vegetables sold in California. Existing law authorizes the Secretary of Food and Agriculture to enforce and make inspections of grade, standard of quality, and other provisions of any fruit, nut, or vegetable marketing program, as specified.
