Bill Student financial aid: California Student Opportunity and Access Program: Orange County. California AB 584 (20172018) — Student financial aid: California Student Opportunity and Access Program: Orange County.

Existing law establishes the Student Opportunity and Access Program, administered by the Student Aid Commission, to distribute funds on a progress payment schedule for projects designed to increase the accessibility of postsecondary educational opportunities for certain groups of elementary and secondary school pupils and, to the extent of available resources, for community college students.
