Bill Mobilehome parks: mobilehome park program funding. Existing law authorizes the Department of Housing and Community Development to make loans from the Mobilehome Park Rehabilitation and Purchase Fund, a continuously appropriated fund, to qualified mobilehome park residents, resident organizations, and nonprofit housing sponsors, and also authorizes the use of fund moneys for related administrative costs of the department. California SB 136 (20172018) — Mobilehome parks: mobilehome park program funding.

Existing law authorizes the Department of Housing and Community Development to make loans from the Mobilehome Park Rehabilitation and Purchase Fund, a continuously appropriated fund, to qualified mobilehome park residents, resident organizations, and nonprofit housing sponsors, and also authorizes the use of fund moneys for related administrative costs of the department. Existing law requires the department to adopt regulations for the administration and implementation of these provisions.
