Existing law prohibits an employer from requiring an employee to work during a mandated meal or rest or recovery period, as specified. California AB 2479 (20192020) — Rest periods: petroleum facilities: safety-sensitive positions.

Existing law prohibits an employer from requiring an employee to work during a mandated meal or rest or recovery period, as specified.
