Bill Alcoholic beverages: distilled spirits: instruction. The Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, which is administered by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, regulates the application for, and issuance and suspension of, alcoholic beverage licenses. The act authorizes distilled spirits wholesalers and craft distillers to instruct licensees and their employees, or to conduct courses of instruction for licensees and their employees, on the subject of distilled spirits, as specified. California SB 432 (20192020) — Alcoholic beverages: distilled spirits: instruction.

The Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, which is administered by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, regulates the application for, and issuance and suspension of, alcoholic beverage licenses.
