Bill	Public Safety Omnibus.	(1) Existing law requires peace officers, among other standards, to be of good moral character, as determined by a thorough background investigation. Existing law requires an employer to disclose employment information, as defined, about an applicant not currently employed as a peace officer or an applicant for a position other than sworn peace officer within a law enforcement agency. California SB 781 (20192020) — Public Safety Omnibus.

(1) Existing law requires peace officers, among other standards, to be of good moral character, as determined by a thorough background investigation.
