California AB 1037 (20212022) — Infrastructure construction: digital construction management technologies.

Existing law authorizes the Department of Transportation to develop the full potential of all resources and opportunities that are now, and may become, available to the state for meeting California's transportation needs and to plan, design, construct, operate, and maintain those transportation systems that the Legislature has made, or may make, the responsibility of the department.
