California AB 1180 (20212022) — Local governments: surplus land: tribes.

Existing law prescribes requirements for the disposal of surplus land by a local agency, as defined. Existing law defines "exempt surplus land" for which a local agency is not required to follow the requirements for disposal of surplus land, except as provided. Existing law categorizes as "exempt surplus land," surplus land that a local agency is transferring to another local, state, or federal agency for the agency's use.
