Bill Alcoholic beverages. Existing law, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, which is administered by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, regulates the application, issuance, and suspension of alcoholic beverage licenses. Existing law prescribes a process pursuant to which an alcoholic beverage licensee may appeal a final determination of the department imposing a penalty assessment or affecting a license to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Appeals Board. California AB 2921 (20212022) — Alcoholic beverages.

Existing law, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, which is administered by the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, regulates the application, issuance, and suspension of alcoholic beverage licenses. Existing law prescribes a process pursuant to which an alcoholic beverage licensee may appeal a final determination of the department imposing a penalty assessment or affecting a license to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Appeals Board.
