Bill Relative to the California Highway Patrol Officer Charles D. Goss Memorial Highway. This measure would designate a portion of State Route 152 in the County of Madera as the California Highway Patrol Officer Charles D. Goss Memorial Highway. California ACR 89 (20212022) — Relative to the California Highway Patrol Officer Charles D. Goss Memorial Highway.
