Bill	Certified mobile farmers' markets.	Existing law requires a certified farmers' market operator to annually register with the Department of Food and Agriculture by applying for and obtaining a certificate from a county agricultural commissioner that is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue. Existing law requires a producer, as defined, to register with the department by applying for and obtaining a certificate from the county agricultural commissioner's office in the county in which the producer's land or facility is located before selling at a certified farmers' market. Existing law requires the county agricultural commissioner to issue to the producer a certified producer's certificate upon approval of an application.
