Bill Automated external defibrillators. Existing law requires a person or entity that acquires an automated external defibrillator (AED) to comply with specified requirements, including ensuring that the AED is maintained and tested in accordance with the operation and maintenance guidelines set forth by the manufacturer. California AB 3262 (20232024) — Automated external defibrillators.

Existing law requires a person or entity that acquires an automated external defibrillator (AED) to comply with specified requirements, including ensuring that the AED is maintained and tested in accordance with the operation and maintenance guidelines set forth by the manufacturer.
