Bill	Pupil instruction: State Seal of Biliteracy.	Existing law establishes the State Seal of Biliteracy to recognize high school graduates who have attained a high level of proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in one or more languages in addition to English. California AB 370 (20232024) — Pupil instruction: State Seal of Biliteracy.

Existing law establishes the State Seal of Biliteracy to recognize high school graduates who have attained a high level of proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in one or more languages in addition to English.
