Bill Relative to the Detective Terry Lee Fincher Memorial Highway. This measure would designate a specified portion of State Route 91 in the County of Orange as the Detective Terry Lee Fincher Memorial Highway. California ACR 158 (20232024) — Relative to the Detective Terry Lee Fincher Memorial Highway.

This measure would designate a specified portion of State Route 91 in the County of Orange as the Detective Terry Lee Fincher Memorial Highway.
