Bill	Committee on Judiciary: judiciary omnibus.	(1) Existing law, the Real Estate Law, provides for the licensure and regulation of real estate brokers and salespersons. Existing law requires specified language be included in agreements that provide for the amount of compensation to be paid to a real estate licensee for the purchase of specified residential property or a mobilehome.
