Bill San Mateo County Transit District: job order contracting: pilot program. California SB 272 (20252026) — San Mateo County Transit District: job order contracting: pilot program.

The Local Agency Public Construction Act sets forth procedures that a local agency is required to follow when procuring certain services or work.
