Bill	Expand Law Enforcement Exception Sexual Material	Under current law there is an exception to the crime of possession of sexually exploitative material for peace officers while in the performance of their duties. Colorado SB 17-115 (2017A) — Expand Law Enforcement Exception Sexual Material

Under current law there is an exception to the crime of possession of sexually exploitative material for peace officers while in the performance of their duties.
