Current law requires the department of revenue (department) to provide the 'Disclosure of Average Taxes Paid' table to taxpayers in the income tax booklet that the department mails to the taxpayer. However, the department no longer mails the income tax booklet to each individual taxpayer, instead making a physical copy available a local libraries and allowing the booklet to be downloaded from the department's website.
