Colorado HB 18-1441 (2018A) — 500-feet-from-school Limit For Beer Code Retailers
With limited exceptions, current law prohibits a licensing authority from receiving or acting upon a license application under the 'Colorado Liquor Code' for the retail sale of alcohol beverages if the building in which the alcohol beverages will be sold is located within 500 feet of a public or parochial school or a college, university, or seminary.
