Colorado SB 18-102 (2018A) — Odometer Reading Physical Vehicle Identification Number Verification
Statutory Revision Committee. Current law authorizes the department of revenue, when a motor vehicle is being titled or registered, to require a physical inspection of a motor vehicle's identification number. Current law also requires that such a verification include an odometer reading.
