Bill Cryptocurrency Exemption Colorado Digital Token Act Securities - registration and licensing requirements - exemptions - cryptocurrency - Colorado Digital Token Act. Colorado SB 19-023 (2019A) — Cryptocurrency Exemption Colorado Digital Token Act

Securities - registration and licensing requirements - exemptions - cryptocurrency - Colorado Digital Token Act. The act provides limited exemptions from the securities registration and securities broker-dealer and salesperson licensing requirements for persons dealing in digital tokens.
