Bill Court Procedures Relinquishment Parental Rights Current law allows for the reinstatement of parental rights that were terminated if certain conditions are met and the child has not been adopted. Colorado HB 20-1104 (2020A) — Court Procedures Relinquishment Parental Rights

Current law allows for the reinstatement of parental rights that were terminated if certain conditions are met and the child has not been adopted.
