Bill Additional Resources To Protect Air Quality The act creates the air quality enterprise and specifies that its revenues are exempt from the state constitution's TABOR provisions. Colorado SB 20-204 (2020A) — Additional Resources To Protect Air Quality

The act creates the air quality enterprise and specifies that its revenues are exempt from the state constitution's TABOR provisions.
