Bill	Retaining Percentage Of Federal Child Support Payments	At the end of federal fiscal year 2023, the act removes the requirement that the department of human services (state department) pass through 100% of the federal child support incentive payments received by the state to county departments of human or social services. Colorado HB 22-1360 (2022A) — Retaining Percentage Of Federal Child Support Payments

At the end of federal fiscal year 2023, the act removes the requirement that the department of human services (state department) pass through 100% of the federal child support incentive payments received by the state to county departments of human or social services.
