Bill Modifications To Severance Tax The act changes the calculation of the ad valorem credit allowed against the state severance tax on oil and gas. Colorado HB 22-1391 (2022A) — Modifications To Severance Tax

The act changes the calculation of the ad valorem credit allowed against the state severance tax on oil and gas.
